Available Unit Layouts

Because of the natural variations in the building architecture, each unit is slightly different from the next. Yet, we have created 3 general layouts, each with its own character and footprint, but all offering the same basic amenities. Rents start at $850/mo. with a 1-year lease.

Layout #1: Standard unit size and configuration. Includes kitchenette, 2-burner cooktop, sink, mid-sized refrigerator, flat-screen television, lounge furniture, built-in bed, storage, and fold-down writing desk, fully tiled bathroom with enclosed shower.

Additional Leasing Options

We're pleased to offer 3 options for leasing a Commonspace unit. A traditional 1-year lease, a 6-month lease, and month-to-month leasing. Simply add $25/mo. to the prices above for a 6-month lease, or add $50/month for month-to-month leasing.
